  •   Do I have to be a business to use promotional products?

  •   What type of situations are promotional products appropriate for?

  •   What is the minimum quantity that I can order of a particular item with my logo?
    Minimum quantities are listed as the starting pricing column. Sometimes lesser quantities are available and vary from product to product. A "less than minimum” charge applies and varies in amount from manufacturer to manufacturer.   •   Can I order a sample before I purchase a product?
    Absolutely! However, we reserve the right to inquire about sample requests and will refuse to accommodate any request we feel is abusive. We will provide one FREE SAMPLE including regular ground shipping cost,up to a maximum of $ 8.00 based on first column product pricing. In some cases you may be required to pay shipping cost even if sample is FREE. Any samples exceeding this amount will require payment before the samples are shipped.   •   What is an Over/Under-run?
    Due to production process, it is not always possible to ship exact quantities. Depending on the item that you order, that quantity can vary +/- 5% to 10% and your account will be billed or credited accordingly. This is a standard practice in our industry. Arrangements can be made prior to production to alter this policy and may require an additional charge.

  •   What are Set-up Charges?
    Custom imprinting your logo on an item requires machinery to be set up, printing plates or screens to be made or digitizing, to name a few. These costs are independent of the individual item cost and are specified separately under the "Set-up" section of your order.

PLACING AN ORDER

  •   How can I place an order?
    You can either order directly online (at the individual product page), via e-mail at info@cuspro.net or by calling us at 407.278.8980

  •   What happens after I place my order?
    Once we receive your order and artwork, we will review all details. You will then receive an e-mail or fax containing your Order Confirmation. Please read it carefully and contact us immediately with corrections. You must approve your order and artwork to begin production. If we have any questions or need any other information from you, we will contact you immediately. Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction.

  •   What if I receive my order and I'm not happy? Is there a Guarantee?
    Before we begin production of your order you must sign off on a complete Order Confirmation. We guarantee that we will ship your order exactly as you approved on your Order & Art Confirmation. In the event that your order is incorrect we will replace the goods. We have a 30+ year impeccable reputation for service & quality and take customer satisfaction very seriously.

  •   What if I need my products for a specific event date?
    Contact us prior to placing your order to verify that your order can meet your scheduled deadline.

PAYMENT

  •   How can I pay for my order?
    All orders must be pre-paid. You can pay by credit card (Visa/MasterCard/Amex/Discover Card), company check, personal check, wire transfer or any other legal payment form. If you choose to pre-pay by personal or company check your order will not be processed until your check clears our bank.

  •   How can get an Open Account/Can you bill me?
    We offer open account status to qualified businesses. A credit application will be supplied on request. Please note that it can take over 20 days to process credit requests.

ARTWORK

  •   Artwork requirements
    Please provide us with clean, sharp, black and white artwork. For multi-color imprints, color separated art with registration marks is required. Digital artwork can be uploaded during Order Processing, provided on a CD, DVD, E-mailed to us at art@cuspro.net or, for large files, send via WeTransfer following our WeTransfer Instructions. Files to be in PC platform.

  •   What format should I send my artwork in?
    Artwork should be in vector format with any associated fonts converted to outlines or curves. All files must be editable. Our preference is that artwork be submitted in Adobe Illustrator®, Photoshop® or Corel Draw® format. Digital files should be accompanied by a hard copy printout (or faxed to us in advance) to ensure accuracy of transmission. Artwork received in any other format will not be regarded as camera-ready art and a charge of $50.00 per hour will apply. See detailed guidelines on the Artwork Guidelines page.

  •   What if I don't have the artwork in the correct format?
    Let us know or send us what you have and we will let you know what needs to be done. We can create or recreate your logo at a minimal charge. However, if your artwork is complex, we will provide a quote for reproducing it.

  •   I know what I want for my promotional items, but I don't have a logo designed, can you help me with my artwork?
    We can create artwork from sketches, faxes, business cards, any file format (jpg, tiff, gif, etc). Price quote will be provided upon reviewing the information you provide.

  •   Where should I send my artwork?

  •   What is PMS Color Matching?
    The PANTONE® Name is known worldwide as the standard language for color communication from designer to manufacturer to retailer to customer.
    The PANTONE MATCHING SYSTEM (PMS) is the definitive international reference for selecting, specifying, matching and controlling ink colors. The PANTONE formula guide consist of over 15,000 colors. For reference, some can be seen in our PMS-Pantone-Color-Chart. For true accuracy use the Pantone Color Publication.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

  •   How do you ship my items?
    We prefer to ship by either FedEx or UPS. The shipping method is determined by your in-hands date, location of your destination, time-frame and cost factors. Shipping is charged at prevailing freight rates by carrier and we can ship on your account if you would like. If freight charges are not specified on your Order Confirmation we will bill your freight post-shipment and may show up as a separate charge on your credit card.

  •   What if I have multiple destinations?
    No Problem. Depending on the complexity of your shipping instructions we may have to add a per-location, drop-ship charge - usually $10.00 per location

  •   Can you ship Internationally?
    We can ship all over the world from Argentina to Zanzibar with no problem. Preferred shipper is FedEx International and we can handle everything from Customs to packaging for an additional charge.

  •   What if Carrier loses my shipment?
    Ownership of the goods passes to the customer once we deliver them to the carrier. We will do everything within our power to help you with any situations you encounter. All of the major carriers that we work with have policies relating to these situations that you should investigate prior to placing your order.
